About Managed World...
Managed World focuses on game development tips and articles that relate to managed languages, mainly C#. An emphasis is placed on Managed DirectX although there is a possibility of future tutorials for managed OpenGL wrappers.

You won't find articles on "How to Initialize Direct3D", or "Creating a Vertex Buffer" here. This site is dedicated to articles not found in other places. So, what kind of tutorials *can* you expect then? Well, for starters, we will delve into topics like "Implementing a Quake-style Console" and "How to Best Architect an Input System". We will focus on higher goals like architecture, code reusability, and maintainability. Put away those kiddy books and be prepared to learn "big-boys" topics.

In the meantime, I hope you all enjoy your stay here in Managed World. In case of an emergency water landing, you can find the emergency exits on the side of the site. If your computer manages to spontaneously combust in the case of an emergency, it was nice knowing you and I will see you in the afterlife.

And that's how the cookie crumbles!
