Fried Egg Sandwich Walkthru

I saw EvilZug do this one time and i always wanted to give it a shot. He made steak, so this doesn't really compare - i'm just making a Fried Egg Sandwich. It's still gonna be tasty though.. Let's get started!

Any great dish requires great ingredients. i'm not actually in the mood to make something mind-blowing, so i'll keep it simple but tasty. Pepper, Onion Salt, and a couple of Large Grade A eggs. Who the hell left those coffee stains there! Oh wait that was me.

I'm not really all that picky about the bread I eat, but i really love this stuff. like our toaster? we picked it up at Wal-Mart. it was a cheapy model, it was welfare cheque day, and there weren't any left. so i took the floor model to the checkout and bought it. the gf thought it was really funny, i just wanted a damn toaster. you shoulda seen the one we had BEFORE. the clicky wouldn't stay down, it needed to sit in a pan to catch the crumbs, and i wanted to throw it down the stairs on many a morning. anyways, i gotta take that sticker off it sometime.

here's the cooked product. i actually started taking pictures HERE. the last two were staged afterwards. i would have had some pics of myself moving the eggs around or something if i thought of doing this BEFORE.

imagine some cooking show, with a busty girl cracking eggs into the pan. next, she lightly seasons with some of the pepper and onion salt. well, i'm not a busty girl, but i did all of those things. i learned how to make scrambled eggs with pre-made egg liquid stuff at Burger King. with real eggs, i pretty much just do that normally to make my fried egg sandwiches.

actually, i kinda made scrambled eggs without the scrambling part. it didn't occur to me to do that before i put the eggs in the heated pan. oh well, it still looks tasty to me!

toast's up. my dad used to get me to make him egg sandwiches all the time, he liked how i made them. he liked his with lots of mustard, and i got hooked on having them that way. i actually used NORMAL mustard - in most cases i use honey mustard. yum. sometimes i'll put mayo on there too, but not today. i'm too lazy to push a knife around. watch out for that coffee stain!

the egg portion was too big to fit on the toast, but somehow i had a good shape to it. cut off the excess and slap that in your mouth while you're putting the finishing touches on the masterpeice! man i didn't realize how dirty the kitchen was. i'll clean that up later.

mmmmmmmmmmm yummy! not too much mustard, nice peppery taste and just a hint of onion. delicious!
