Got this in the mail from Macromedia. I thought it was neat not because of what it was teaching, which was fairly ho-hum, but at the quality of the streaming interactive tutorial technology they were using.

It's done with a gizmo that Macromedia bought called Breeze. It basically records audio and screens and such, and then it generates a streaming Flash applet out of it, which is what you were seeing.

Only problem I see is that pricing is listed as "call us for licensing info", which is a fancy way of saying "you can't afford it".
